Steven Sisney, CEO


Steven was appointed CEO of Cornerstone Records, formerly LA Records, in September 2008 and is charged with managing and directing the organization to meet its financial and strategic goals. He was the former CEO of Atlantic Industrial, an exited Sterling portfolio company. Steven also previously worked for nearly 20 years at Cooper Industries Ltd. in a variety of positions including Director of Corporate Development, President of the Crouse-Hinds Division and his most recent assignment as President of the Tools & Hardware Group.

Steven earned an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and his BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M.


W. Thomas Sinnott, CFO


Tom was appointed CFO of Cornerstone Records, formerly LA Records, in September 2008 and is charged with managing and directing all of the accounting and financial related functions of the Company. He was the former CFO of Atlantic Industrial, an exited Sterling portfolio company. Tom spent 13 years as CFO and Senior Vice President at Ajilon Consulting, a large international IT consulting and communications firm. He also was a Corporate Controller for 9 years at three large regional and national companies and an auditor for 3 years at an international accounting firm.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.


Michael Hefner, VP Corporate Development


Michael joined Cornerstone as Vice-President of Corporate Development in August, 2009. Mike brings over 15 years of leadership experience to Cornerstone. Mike began his career as a commissioned officer in the US Army where he served in the Infantry Branch for five years. After the military, Mike joined General Electric Corporation as the Fiber Optics Plant Operations Manager. From GE, Mike joined Recall Total Information Management. At Recall, Mike served as a Regional Operations Manager, Director of North American Operations, and most recently as VP/GM of the US North Business Unit.

Mike graduated with honors from the US Military Academy at West Point and received his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.


Amy McNeeley, VP Human Resources


Amy joined Cornerstone as the Vice President of Human in August 2009. Her experience and expertise is focused on the start up and creation of human resources strategic and tactical operations in companies that are in a high growth stage. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Amy was the Director of HR at RWD Technologies. Amy began her professional career as a Finance Manager at a Southwestern Bell subsidiary and has a true understanding of building financial models to support corporate initiatives.

Amy received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Florida State University.


Rick Krall, President, Western Division

Rick was hired as the Western Division President in November of 2008. He brings twenty-plus years of management and acquisition synergy strategies to the Management Team. Rick served as a CEO of Big Red Holdings, a Solid Waste Management Services Company He also was the COO of DocuVault, a RIM Service Enterprise in Colorado. Prior to his time with DocuVault, he served as a Region V.P. with Allied Waste Services. Rick's experience in managing and integrating large acquisitions while achieving a unified Company Culture will be leveraged to assist Cornerstone in accomplishing its growth model.


Michael Gold, President, Eastern Division

Michael founded Nova in 2004 and has over 25 years experience in the industry. Prior to founding Nova, he served as President and CEO of Sequedex, LLC, a start-up company founded to carve out a specific niche in the RIM industry. From 1985 to 2000, Michael held several duties within Pierce Leahy, which was acquired by Iron Mountain in early 2000. Throughout this period, he served as the General Manager for the New Jersey/New York operations of Pierce Leahy and successfully established market share dominance in the NJ/NY market. Michael also served as Regional Manager, Vice President and Executive Vice President for both Pierce Leahy and briefly for Iron Mountain after the merger. Michael has acquired and integrated over 25 companies.

Michael graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
