• Targeted Back-file Conversion - Our Targeted Back-file Conversion solution gives our clients the opportunity to cost effectively implement an imaging program for a larger portion of their active and semi-active records. Similar to our Scan on Demand solutions, the Targeted Back-file Conversion solution provides the same benefits, including ease of access, improved collaboration, increased document security and improved records management compliance objectives. This solution aims to simplify the bulk conversion of hardcopy records to electronic format.


• Secure Hosted Service - Cornerstone's Secure Hosted Service provides full-time, 24/7 access to electronic content without the need to invest in costly hardware, software or information technology resources. Our clients have the ability to search, retrieve and modify record attributes. These attributes, and many more, can be accessed from a standard Web browser. Our hosted platform is powered by Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Within this environment, administrators can easily automate the process of consolidating the full spectrum of corporate-wide document sources onto SharePoint, while maximizing the return on investment in existing content residing in local and shared file systems.


• Data Migration - Cornerstone's Data Migration tool provides an efficient and cost-effective approach to transfer documents from traditional Windows-based file systems or networked file shares to our online hosted repository, SharePoint 2007. To ensure a complete and successful migration, this tool provides a detailed analysis of the migration before it is performed; delivering an itemized report of all elements that will not migrate successfully unless addressed further. This pre-migration scan will detect and notify you of any "illegal" characters, user permissions, user names, user domains, and other legacy elements that must be mapped in order to migrate successfully into SharePoint.


• Micrographics Conversions - Cornerstone makes it easy to convert microfiche, microfilm and x-rays to searchable digital records. This service improves access to records to critical information assets housed within outdated media formats.
